Integrative Occupational Therapist

A woman with brown hair and a green shirt sitting cross-legged on a beige carpeted floor in a room decorated with plants, books, and warm lighting, looking thoughtfully at something in front of her.

I am an integrative occupational therapist specialising in trauma-informed work, mood disorders, and occupational therapy-focused treatment. I also specialise in working with eating disorders, disordered eating, and sustainable weight management.

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities, including DBT, ACT, and somatic therapy, alongside a strong focus on physical health, daily functioning, and meaningful social connection.

Through my work, I focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit, addressing the person and their internal and external experiences as a whole. My aim is to support people in understanding themselves more deeply, building sustainable change, and reconnecting with meaningful ways of living.
